Free shipping is currently available to the contiguous United States for orders above $50**.

All orders shipped outside of the US are subject to a shipping charge. The amount depends on the weight of the order and the final destination.

By placing an international order with Alteya Organics, you agree to the following terms:
1. Final Sale Policy
Due to international import and export regulations, all international orders are considered final sale. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.
2. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, a refund may be issued only after official confirmation or notice from the shipping carrier. Alteya Organics reserves the right to review and verify all claims before issuing a refund.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier operations. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.
4. Carrier Delays
Alteya Organics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs. Alteya Organics has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Failure to pay applicable customs fees may result in delays, return, or abandonment of the shipment, for which Alteya Organics is not responsible.
Any order exceeding $20 USD may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional fees. If applicable, these charges must be paid by you to ensure your package clears customs. Please note that Alteya Organics does not collect duties or taxes, and we cannot estimate what these charges might be. After your order has shipped, we cannot refund any shipping costs if you choose not to accept the customs charges. We can but you will then be responsible for paying a re-shipping fee. Please note that the re-shipping fee will depend on the size of the order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds. Instead, store credit will be issued.
You have up to 14 days from the date you receive the product to return them if you are unsatisfied.
In the following situations, we may deduct the shipping cost from your refund and apply a 3% restocking fee: incorrect or undeliverable address or recipient name, ordering the wrong product, or no longer needing the product.
Please complete our contact form with your order number and we’ll send shipping instructions for your return package.
Return shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear.
However, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please complete our contact form. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.
To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
