•Orders that qualify for free shipping are those delivered within the Contintental United States.
•We apologize but this offer is not for recipeints in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.

International Shipping

•All orders shipped outside of the US are subject to a shipping charge. The amount depends the volume of the order.
•We recommend checking our shipping calculator to determine the shipping amount.

I wrote the wrong shipping address on my order and it looks like it was already shipped, can Alteya reship the order to the correct address?

We can but you will then be responsible for paying a re-shipping fee. Please note that the re-shipping fee will depend on the size of the order.

Returning a product

•Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds. Instead, store credit will be issued.
•You have up to 14 days from the date you receive the product to return them if you are unsatisfied.
•A 3% restocking fee will be applied if the item is returned.
•Please complete our contact form with your order number and we’ll send shipping instructions for your return package.
•Return shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Product arrived damaged

•When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear.
•However, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please complete our contact form. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.
•To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
•Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.

    We hope everyone is well considering the unprecedented situation these past few days. Like many businesses, we are doing our best to prioritize everyone's health and wellbeing, while meeting the needs of our customers.

Our business operations also include supplying ingredients and raw materials to multiple industries including the food, beverage and personal hygiene. Therefore, as detailed by the multiple governments' directives we have a special responsibility to try to maintain normal operations.
    After taking all necessary safety precautions, and abiding by all regulations and directions, we will continue manufacturing our products for as long as possible. We are asking all our customers to please be patient as we do our best to fulfill orders as promptly as possible, especially for some of our products and ingredients where we are experiencing a surge in demand.
