Used in aromatherapy, it relives tension and energizes. It may also alleviate symptoms associated with common cold. Used in a massage blend, it stimulates blood circulation and eases muscle and arthritis discomfort.

Diffuse Pine tree essential oil to clear your mind, to support focus and energize.

Dilute Pine tree essential oil in a lightweight carrier oil (such as Almond, Jojoba etc.) and apply to face to help reduce inflamation and promote a healthy skin glow.
