Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. Please note that in order to take advantage of all the benefits of the program, you must be logged in to your personal account.
You can earn points by making purchases on our website alteyaorganics.com. Reward points can be earned for purchasing any product. For every dollar spent, you get 10 points.
Your point balance is on every page in an Alteya Rewards Points pop-up window, situated on the bottom right of your screen. Once you click on it, you can see additional details.
Click on an Alteya Rewards Points pop-up window, situated on the bottom right of your screen. Select the tab called "Rewards". Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Once а reward is claimed а coupon code is automatically generated by the system. Copy the coupon code and apply it later at the checkout page to receive your discount.

Our Rewards Points never expire.
Yes. A reward generated by the Alteya Rewards Points can be used for products on sale.
Yes. You will get new Alteya Rewards Points equivalent to the actual final amount you would pay.
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them.
Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled)

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Not directly - please redeem your points for a coupon code which can then be applied during checkout.
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
