Suggested use

Diffuse when stress levels or tension is high.

Dilute and apply to feet, hands, neck before bedtime for a calming and relaxing massage.

Add it to your nighttime moisturizer for an uplifting aroma and to reduce the appearance of blemishes.

Add a few drops in your shampoo if you have an oily scalp.
